In the demonstration videos on the app, I used three pieces of equipment, a skipping rope, dumbbells and a Swiss Ball. In this short video, I'll show you some alternative things you can use if you don't have access to these. The workouts on the app are designed so that you can train at home while the social distancing rules are in place. Some of you might want to continue exercising in your home on an ongoing basis, but for those who want to get back to gym when things get back to normal, we will be introducing gym based workouts to give you a more affordable Personal Training option.
